Olivetti Valentine

Here's an attendee with her Olivetti Valentine, with a special one-of-a-kind keyboard, which features a Yen Symbol!

Here was something I've NEVER seen... A reporter who just interviewed Mike and I walked over to a corner where an SM-9 was sitting, opened his notebook, and started typing his news story on the SM-9!! He said it brought back many memories from when he started journalism way back when...

The "Type-In" Was A Success!!

Note: I have to figure out a way to upload these videos to here, so they won't be in this post. But, they'll be up here soon! Enjoy the madness!

This typecast was done on the Lettera 32

Hermes Twins!

I figured I'd quickly post this picture that Tom took at his shop the day a gorgeous 3000 left. I think it's pretty cool!

I think they're cousins...

P.S.- For anyone interested, and I figured I'd let you all know, Tom has a beautiful SG-1 with the Senatorial typeface that my SM-7 has, and I know a lot of people love that typeface! So, as much as I wish I was getting that SG-1, I'm getting the Ambassador, as I like to give unknown neglected typers a chance at fame, and I like to do them justice. Just ask Tom about the SG-1, it's brilliant!

The Typosphere Has Been Empty Lately... Right?

The reason I think the typosphere is empty lately is because it seems that nobody has been updating their blogs... I think it's because NaNoWriMo is taking place, and a lot of people are busy with that. Well, I definitely look forward to December!
